As a designer for Raw Generation, a direct-to-consumer juice cleanse company, I created a series of promotional email campaigns that highlighted seasonal flavors, product benefits, and limited-time discounts. I handled everything from concept through visual direction—hero images, slight gif animations, color choices, and layouts—while ensuring each campaign felt fresh and engaging. These projects gave me the chance to experiment creatively while keeping the focus on driving interest and conversions.
I also introduced a full suite of automated email flows that didn’t exist before I joined, including abandoned cart, browse abandonment, winback, and welcome series. I was responsible for the strategy and creative direction of these flows, structuring them from start to finish and contributing to some copywriting. By testing different language and approaches that would resonate with the audience, these campaigns became an early cornerstone of Raw Generation’s digital presence and helped recover 20% of abandoned carts.
When the company went through a rebrand, I guided the application of the new photography and typography into a bright, playful style that could scale across channels. The hero images I designed for promotional emails were also adapted into website banners, social graphics and Instagram story graphics, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. I also concepted and designed Pinterest ads to launch new product flavors, providing art direction for photography and extending the rebrand into engaging digital campaigns.
