Partner Resource Map
Tools Used: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, RELAYTO
Skills Used: UX Design & Experience Strategy, Art Direction, Cross-Team Collaboration, Problem Solving, Project Management
This project was a months-long labor of love, built to help Salesforce partners more easily navigate the tools, programs, and support resources available to them. The goal was to create a one-stop, centralized destination for accessing everything from training and certifications to support groups, partner portals, and enablement content.
As the sole designer, I was responsible for every aspect of the experience—from overall user journey and layout planning to color systems, typography, iconography, and interactive behavior. I carefully planned and designed each persona journey, laying out the full structure and visual system before building the experience in RELAYTO, where I brought it to life with interactivity and dynamic user actions. Users could hover over icons, interact with pulsing CTAs, and follow personalized pathways based on their partner type (ISV, Consulting, or Reseller) and professional role within their organization.
Each partner type and persona was given its own distinct visual identity, making it easy for users to intuitively find the resources most relevant to them through color association. Pages were also organized by partner goals, helping users quickly understand where to go and what to do next.
This experience required careful planning, time management, and collaboration across multiple content owners and teams to ensure accuracy and alignment. Despite the resource no longer being live, it saw a significant increase in engagement with partner enablement tools and marked improvements in training sign-ups and program visibility. Overall, I was able to turn what could have been a static PDF into a more dynamic, clickable, and interactive resource for all.
